Peter D. Durney
Pete is an experienced personal injury attorney and focuses his practice on civil litigation, products liability, medical negligence, and premises liability. Pete has received an "AV" peer rating from Martindale Hubbell, indicating preeminent legal ability and the highest standard of ethics. He is also certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, was named a "Nevada Super Lawyer" for 2007 and 2008, and a "Mountain States Super Lawyer" in 2009.
Pete attended University of California at Berkeley, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1968. Following his undergraduate work, he served as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army from 1968 to 1971. He attended law school at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of the Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1974.

Thomas R. Brennan
Tom focuses his practice on civil litigation, plaintiff's personal injury law, medical negligence, and premises liability matters. He was selected for inclusion in the American Trial Lawyers Association's "Top 100 Trial Lawyers," listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" in 2009, and has been named as a "Mountain States Super Lawyer." Tom has also attained the highest possible rating of "AV" from Martindale Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys.
Prior to practicing law, Tom attended University of Nevada where he earned his undergraduate degree. Later, he attended University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was a Member of Phi Delta Phi, and served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable John W. Barrett of the Second Judicial District Court of Washoe County, Nevada. Tom obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1974.
Tom served in the Unites States Army from 1966 to 1969. He is a Member of several professional law associations, including the Washoe County Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada, the Nevada Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, and the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Denise A. Bradshaw
Denise focuses her practice on civil litigation, plaintiff's personal injury law, medical negligence, and premises liability. Prior to becoming a partner at the firm, she served for more than 15 years as a paralegal for Durney & Brennan, Ltd, assisting the attorneys in a wide range of complex personal injury matters, including products liability and medical malpractice cases.
Denise attended Great Basin College, where she earned her B.A.S. degree in Management and Technology. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law, graduating with honors. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Phi Theta Kappa, and the Order of the Coif of the Wyoming Chapter. Denise is also a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Elko County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Nevada Justice Association.
